Nancy Haislup

Nancy’s 10-year history with a big four accounting firm is a critical asset in the management of Baker Katz’s current property portfolio and analysis of the financial viability of potential investments. In addition to asset management for the development practice, she will oversee all bookkeeping responsibilities and provide accounting guidance as needed.

Prior to joining Baker Katz, Nancy was a Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), where she worked with a variety of private companies serving their tax compliance and consulting needs. She focused primarily on clients with flow-through structures and spent the majority of her time with PwC in the Private Company Services group.

A Houston native, Nancy is a graduate of Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
