Set your alarm clocks: The popular Snooze breakfast and brunch spot will open two more locations this summer.
Snooze, which made its debut in Houston in a midcentury-mod space at 3217 Montrose last year, draws a crowd, especially during peak times.
Baker Katz negotiated a 3,185-square-foot lease for a location to open at Town & Country Village off of West Sam Houston Tollway near Interstate 10. Later in the summer, a 3,785-square-foot restaurant will open in Houston Heights Lowell Street Market, a project of Radom Capital at 18th Street and Shepherd.
“We’ve been fortunate to represent Snooze Eatery since their initial entry into the market,” said Jason Baker, a principal at Baker Katz.
“I am positive they will thrive in these new highly trafficked locations and continue to rapidly expand throughout Houston.”
Denver-based Snooze has grown to 17 locations since opening in 2006. The restaurants are in Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas.
