The Shoppes at West Lake Houston is a consolidation of two contiguous, formerly underutilized and separately owned shopping centers totaling approximately 150,000 square feet and anchored by 24 Hour Fitness. Located near the intersection of FM 1960 at W. Lake Houston Parkway in the growing community of Atascocita, the project is located in the heart of a vibrant center of commercial activity, surrounded by dozens of major retailer including Target, Wal-Mart, Lowe's, HEB, Ross, TJ Maxx and PetSmart. A comprehensive and thoughtful renovation of the project included a complete reconstruction of the facades, landscaping, parking, signage and access upgrades, as well as the expansion of many of the existing buildings.

The revitalized center now features an upgraded tenant mix that includes Verizon Wireless, Total Nutrition, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, CareNow, Tune-Up, The Joint Chiropractic, Republic Financeand Lovett Dental, a major regional provider of dental care.
