Traci Holman

Traci has been a vital part of the Baker Katz team since the company’s inception in 2004. She is an effective dealmaker with an infectious personality and outstanding interpersonal skills. She has played an integral role in the firm’s organic growth as a result of her ability to negotiate transactions, facilitate purchases, and serve as liaison between landlords and retailers. During her time with Baker Katz, Traci has had a hand in thousands of client transactions, helping brands enter and grow within the Houston market.

Traci’s impressive client roster of regional and national retailers includes Best Buy, AMC Theaters, Texas Children’s Hospital, Chipotle, Postino Wine Café, Snooze, Pluckers, Cava Grill, Haywire, Whiskey Cake, Ida Claire, Mexican Sugar, Outback Steakhouse, Duluth Trading, Kirkland’s, Party City, Uncle Julio’s and Northern Tool + Equipment. Through her years of deal making and providing strategic real estate counsel, Traci has developed relationships with retailers and other brokers, refined her understanding of the Houston marketplace and built a reputation for her effective, collaborative approach to business.

A Virginia native, Traci played basketball at King University in Tennessee, before relocating to Houston in 1991. She and her husband Marshall are proud parents to their two boys, Gunnar and Caleb. Traci enjoys traveling and is an avid animal lover and dog mom to Harley, Bodie and Lola.
