Ben Brown

Ben has a decade of experience in commercial real estate and works with Baker Katz as a broker, where his responsibilities include tenant representation and project leasing. In the past, he has effectively leased prominent shopping centers, including Weslayan Plaza, Woodway Collection, Indian Spring, Sterling Ridge and Cochran’s Crossing.

Prior to joining Baker Katz, Ben was the executive vice president of Retail Properties Group, where he represented multiple retailers, oversaw project leasing and sourced development opportunities. Ben also served as a senior leasing agent for Regency Centers where he was responsible for leasing and asset management of the Houston portfolio of more than 1.7 million square feet.

Ben graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He currently serves on the advisory board of Casa de Esperanza – House of Hope for Children and the Greater Houston Community Foundation Next Generation Committee. When he isn’t working, you can find Ben enjoying the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking and golfing.
