Ben utilizes 20 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Houston market as a development partner at Baker Katz, where his responsibilities include development, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, deal sourcing, and financing. Ben previously served as a broker at Baker Katz, where he represented national, local, and regional clients, including American Furniture Warehouse, Regency Centers, City of Webster, Tacodeli, Original ChopShop, Bike Barn, American Family Care, among others.
Prior to joining Baker Katz, Ben served as a senior leasing agent for Regency Centers, a national owner, operator, and developer of grocery-anchored shopping centers. At Regency, Ben was responsible for leasing and asset management of the Houston portfolio of more than 1.7 million square feet.
Ben graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in real estate finance. He currently serves on the Governing Board of Casa de Esperanza – House of Hope for Children, The Kinkaid School alumni board, and the Greater Houston Community Foundation Next Generation Committee. When he isn’t working, you can find Ben enjoying the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking and playing golf.
