Lunden McGill

As a Principal at Baker Katz with more than 15 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, Lunden leverages his knowledge consulting for countless notable brands, including FedEx Office, T-Mobile, Einstein Brother’s Bagels, Tractor Supply Company and Trader Joe’s.

In addition to tenant representation, early in his career Lunden oversaw the leasing and management of more than 1,000,000 square feet of retail product in the greater Houston market. His ability to make connections and forge meaningful relationships with retailers, landlords and the brokerage community has fueled his professional—and personal—growth.

A Houston native, Lunden graduated from Baylor University where he focused his studies on corporate communications. When he isn’t spending his time away from work with his wife, Brooke, son Waite, and daughters Reeves & Kimble, you can find him outdoors.
