Kennedi Vaughan

Kennedi Vaughan joined the Baker Katz team in July of 2023. As a broker, she will support leasing for the Baker Katz’s portfolio with tenant representation for a variety of commercial real estate clients.

Prior to starting at Baker Katz, Kennedi gained real estate experience through internship roles with Brizo Construction and Colliers—where she was responsible for filing and reporting data for market analysis, collaborating with clients and vendors, and more. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in communications in May 2023. She was also a member of the RISE committee for the university’s Real Estate Aggies in Leadership.

Outside of the office, Kennedi enjoys traveling and spending time with her family in Houston.
