Port Arthur

Located at the major retail intersection of Hwy 69 and FM 365 in Port Arthur, Texas, the Shoppes at PA transforms a previously vacant 90,000 square foot building into a thriving multi-tenant retail center.

The result is a project that has not only been redeveloped, but comprehensively re-imagined. Significant interior and exterior renovations, partial demolition and reconstruction of additional structure as well as the construction of a 7,000 square foot small-shop pad building capitalized on the property's potential and satisfied the needs and desires of the community. An economic incentive agreement with the City of Port Arthur helped make this project possible and allowed Baker Katz to breathe new life into a long-vacant building in the hard corner of a major intersection.

The Shoppes at PA is 100% leased to prominent national and regional retailers and restaurants, including a 57,000 square foot Hobby Lobby, a 14,000 square foot Party City, and others including PetSmart, Firehouse Subs, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Gulfside Dental.
