Rice Village

Nestled between Rice University, the Texas Medical Center and the affluent and quaint neighborhood of West University Place, is Rice Village, a pedestrian-friendly destination for locals and tourists that boasts a mix of both national and carefully curated local retailers, boutique and restaurants.

A dated, but quaint, historic building at 5802 Kirby Drive was redeveloped to significantly enhance the façade, landscaping and signage. Attention to detail including artisan door handles and façade-mounted planters were incorporated to breathe new life into a highly visible building at the entrance to Rice Village.

The 9,110 square foot building includes Creative Blinds, Designer Kitchen + Bath, Kolache Factory, AT&T and Papa Johns.
