John Hildreth

John Hildreth joined Baker Katz as a leasing analyst in September 2026. He supports leasing operations across the firm’s retail portfolio, by marketing available space, maintaining property data and reports, analyzing vacancies and renewals, coordinating signage and photography, preparing LOIs, and tracking key lease and deal information.

Before joining Baker Katz, John worked as a production assistant at Brown & Riding, supporting the property insurance team with policy documents, client account records, renewals, submissions, and policy servicing.

John earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, he is an active member of Grace Bible Church, where he serves as a middle school youth leader. He also enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors and cheering on the Houston Astros.
