Baker Katz, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, project development and leasing, announced the execution of five additional commercial real estate leases on behalf of Einstein Bros. Bagels.

Averaging approximately 2,000 square feet per store, the five leases add 9,548 square feet to Einstein Bros Bagels’ Houston-area footprint.
Edge Properties represented the landlord.
The Spring location will be located in Rayford Oaks Plaza. Austen Baldridge and Diandra Breen with NewQuest Properties represented the landlord.
The Baytown location will be located in San Jacinto Marketplace. Anna Grace Mako with Fidelis represented the landlord.
The Manvel location will be located in Manvel Town Center. Kyle Knight with Weitzman represented the landlord.
Baker Katz principals Lunden McGill and John Frazier represented Einstein Bros. Bagels in all five transactions, bringing the firm’s total to 13 locations secured on behalf of the brand across the Houston market.
