Four Corners

Four Corners is a 110,000 square foot shopping center located at the major regional intersection of FM 2920 and SH 249 in Tomball, Texas. When it was acquired by Baker Katz in 2011, the lender-foreclosed property was in a state of disrepair. Having lost its anchor tenant seven years prior, occupancy was languishing at less than 25%. After negotiating a Chapter 380 economic incentive agreement with both the City of Tomball and Tomball Economic Development Corporation, a redevelopment was underway. Portions of the center were demolished and reconfigured to enhance circulation, all small shop and anchor façades were completely redesigned and reconstructed, the parking lot was reconfigured to accommodate over 20 landscape pockets and the former Kroger box was subdivided.

Four Corners is currently 97% leased to more than 20 major retailers and restaurants including Party City, Boot Barn, Spec's Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Domino's Pizza, Wingstop, Jimmy Johns, and First Watch.
