Cushman & Wakefield recruited former Lee & Associates – Houston brokers to its office agency leasing team at downtown’s Texas Tower. Robert LaCoure joins as senior director, Jill Nesloney as director and Bryce Adams as an associate.

CBRE promoted Michael Yu to vice chairman. Yu leads the CBRE Hotels South Central United States team.

Venterra Realty appointed Pamela Higdon chief financial officer.

Jim Humphries joined JLL Capital Markets’ single-family rental team as a director in the Houston office. Humphries will focus on single-family rental and build-to-rent investment sales nationally.

Richard Glass joined Lee & Associates – Houston as principal. Glass was one of the founders of CRC Real Estate.

Houston-based Baker Katz, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, project development and leasing, welcomed Kennedi Vaughan as a broker.

Kenny Purswell joined Beach Homes Realty, a national beach-focused real estate company, as associate broker selling homes and land on Surfside Beach on Follett’s Island, Galveston Island and Crystal Beach on Bolivar Peninsula.

Nan & Co. Properties, a Houston-based real estate brokerage founded by Nancy Almodovar, launched a Farm & Ranch Division and appointed Andrea Riebeling and Beth Buford as founding agents. The division will serve buyers and sellers of land, farm and ranch properties in Round Top, Lake Livingston and other locations.

Plano-based Tam Residential, a third-party property management company overseeing 10 multifamily properties in the Houston area, named Michele Butler its president.

Dominium, an affordable housing development and management company based in Plymouth, Minn., has named Rita Collins vice president of property management for the company’s Texas portfolio.
