Houston-based Baker Katz, an X Team International partner and full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, investment sales, and project development and leasing, has completed a lease on behalf of Snooze, an A.M. Eatery. Baker Katz principal Jason Baker Made the announcement.
A 4,098-square-foot Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is slated to open this October at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch located on the corner of Grand Parkway and Cinco Ranch Boulevard in Katy, Texas. The restaurant will join notable national tenants, including J. Jill, Peli Peli, Trader Joe’s and more.
“It’s been great to work with and represent Snooze as they continue to expand throughout Houston,” said Baker. “We have worked with the company to secure prominent locations since their initial entry into the market, and know their concept of providing an eclectic and energetic atmosphere is very appealing to the Houston community.”
Snooze, An A.M. Eatery has grown to nearly 20 locations since opening their first restaurant in 2006. The restaurant has locations in Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas and provides culinary innovation, an energetic atmosphere and friendly service to enhance the breakfast dining experience.
