Houston-based Baker Katz, an X Team International partner and full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, investment sales, and project development and leasing, announced that it has negotiated five Chipotle leases in Texas. Jason Baker of Baker Katz made the announcement.
Baker negotiated the leasing of the five Chipotle locations, ranging in size from just over 2,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet with a variety of different brokers.

The five negotiated locations include the following:
South Padre Island Drive at Staples—Corpus Christi
I-10 W at Gessner Road (Memorial City Mall)—Houston
Hwy 290 at Spring Cypress—Cypress
I-45 North at Ravenwood—Huntsville
I-45 North at Louetta Road—Spring
