Convenience Meets Freshness: Salad and Go Coming to Cypress

Fresh, healthy, and affordable food options are seeing a boost in Cypress, as Salad and Go readies to open its doors in mid-summer 2024. The fast-casual, drive-thru-only retailer, known for its nutritious food at affordable prices, is extending its footprint in the local market.

Salad and God, with more than 100 locations operating across four states, including 58 in Texas, is a much-anticipated addition to the Cypress community. It offers a diverse selection of made-to-order salads, wraps, soups and hand-crafted beverages such as teas and lemonades.

The new Cypress location is one of the four new leases signed to further its real estate footprint across the Texas market. The Cypress restaurant will be situated at the Southeast Corner of Fry and Tuckerton Road, covering a 30,000-square-food pad site. Baker Katz, a Houston-based retail brokerage firm, helped ink the lease for the brand.

Jason Baker, the principal of Baker Katz, expressed his firm’s dedication for Salad and Go’s growth, saying, “As a proud partner of Salad and Go, we’re committed to providing the space and support they need to thrive in the vibrant Houston market. We are thankful to work with the brand to make their expansion goals a reality in our city.”

Lunden McGill, a broker at Baker Katz, also acknowledged the brand’s contribution to local communities. “We’re happy to support the growth and expansion of Salad and Go,” said McGill. “As the fast-casual concept provides fresh food that is convenient and affordable to local Houston communities.”

Cypress residents and healthy food enthusiasts will eagerly await Salad and Go’s arrival in 2024, marking a fresh chapter in the local dining scene. Stay tuned for more as we track the place where convenience meets freshness this coming summer.
