Scout & Molly’s has inked a deal for its second boutique in the Houston market in a shopping center between West University Place and Greenway Plaza.
Scout & Molly’s will occupy 1,200 square feet in the Plaza in the Park center at Buffalo Speedway and Westpark, according to Baker Katz, a Houston-based real estate firm.
The boutique will sell upscale women’s clothing and offers original, rustic chic designs. Opening is planned in January.
Lunden McGill of Baker Katz represented Scout & Molly’s, while Bruce Wallace of Edens represented the landlord.
Scout & Molly’s is preparing to open its first location in the Houston market in the La Centerra at Cinco Ranch shopping center at the Grand Parkway and Cinco Ranch Boulevard in Katy. McGill also assisted the boutique with a 1,400-square-foot store, which is slated to open this month.
Founded in 2002 by Lisa Kornstein, Scout & Molly’s has grown to 10 locations nationwide.
