HOUSTON—Houston-based Baker Katz, an X Team International partner, has sold a 2.12-acre property with an existing 13,000-square-foot office building located near the cross streets of U.S. Highway 59 N and West Little York Road in Houston.
Baker Katz principal Kenneth Katz made the announcement.
“Baker Katz was approached to sell after acquiring this property in June of 2015,” Baker Katz development partner Neal Wade told GlobeSt.com. “With extensive growth in this trade area, well-positioned land is high in demand with limited supply. This was a great opportunity for both parties.”
Baker Katz, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in project development and retail tenant representation, sold the property to a private buyer who was represented by Preston Cunningham with Cunningham Ventures in the transaction.
