Baker Katz purchased a property last year with plans to add new signage, update the parking lot and renovate the two buildings located near the cross streets of Farm to Market Road 1960 and West Lake Houston Parkway. It has now broken ground on the redevelopment of the two buildings totaling 33,000 square feet on 4.5 acres of land.
“This area along Lake Houston is experiencing high tenant demand, and we are certain these renovations will improve foot traffic and appeal to the growing community,” said Baker Katz development partner Neal Wade.
Additionally, Verizon Wireless will join the tenant mix in a 4,000-square-foot building. The 15 tenants currently occupying space will remain open during construction.
Wade tells GlobeSt.com: “After purchasing this property, our plans included renovations to better appeal to the community. We are confident the updates we have done will help improve the tenant demand along this Lake Houston area.”
