AUSTIN, TX—Legend Communities and Crescent Communities announced Rough Hollow will host Oktoberfest, a public event and home tour on October 28 that will mark two major milestones at the Rough Hollow community. The Oktoberfest festivities are free to the public and will take place from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m., starting at the Rough Hollow Welcome Center, 903 Highlands Blvd., and include a self-guided sampling of German-inspired food and drinks showcased at multiple model homes throughout the development.
DALLAS—Mission Capital Advisors announced the hiring of Daniel O’Donnell as managing director of sales and trading. Based in Mission Capital’s Dallas office, O’Donnell is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring and executing the sale of performing and non-performing loans and commercial real estate assets, as well as sourcing debt and equity placement opportunities.

CEDAR HILL, TX—AutoZone, a 5,317-square foot net-leased property, has sold. Philip Levy, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured by Levy. AutoZone is located at 509 East Belt Line Rd.
CYPRESS, TX—NAI Partners’ Retail Services team recently represented the landlord in a 1,113-square-foot lease for retail tenant Best in Class at Lakewood Towne Square, located at 12732-12753 Grant Rd. NAI Partners’ Jason Gaines and Shaffer Braun represented landlord, LTS2014 LLC, during the negotiations.
EL PASO, TX—A Bank of America on 1.55 acres of land has sold. It is a pad site to the Walmart off Patriot Freeway and Trans Mountain Drive. Adam Gottschalk of Strive had the exclusive right to list the property on behalf of the seller, a family trust out of Phoenix. The buyers, a group of local investors from El Paso, acquired the property as a redevelopment opportunity for the northeast part of El Paso.
GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—SVN | Dunn Commercial Real Estate Advisor Payne Pittman represented Bath Masters LLC in leasing 4,080 square feet at 1250 Post & Paddock St. Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord in the transaction. This industrial warehouse space will allow Bath Masters to launch its full service bathroom remodeling business.
HARLINGEN, TX—Vantage at Harlingen, a 288-unit apartment property, has sold. Will Balthrope, executive director, Drew Kile, senior director, Jordan Featherston and Joey Tumminello, associates, represented the seller, and procured the buyer, Presidium. The property was built in 2015 and is located near one of the busiest crossroads in the Rio Grande Valley, the intersection of Highway 77/Interstate 2 and Highway 83/Interstate 69 E.
HOUSTON—NAI Partners recently arranged a 31,688-square-foot industrial lease at 401-421 West Crosstimbers St. NAI Partners’ Jake Wilkinson of the company’s industrial group represented tenant Houston Installation Services Inc. during the negotiations.

HOUSTON—NAI Partners recently arranged a 16,000-square-foot lease for a tilt wall manufacturing facility located at 7206 Harms Rd. NAI Partners’ Travis Land, SIOR represented United Equities Inc. during the negotiations.

HOUSTON—Several recent commercial property transactions were completed by Belvoir Real Estate Group. The first is a 23,200-square-foot industrial sublease for D-Tech Drilling (a division of international oilfield behemoth Schoeller-Bleckmann) and the second is a nearly 5,000-square-foot office space for a leading Houston immigration attorney, Katherine N. Karam.
KATY, TX—Houston-based Baker Katz has completed a sale on behalf of Mia’s Table. Mia’s Table, to be constructed on two acres of raw land, will sit on the southeast corner of Grand Parkway and Kingsland Boulevard. This will be Mia’s second freestanding Houston location. Brandon Poynter of Mac Haik Realty represented the seller and Jason Baker with Baker Katz represented the buyer. Mia’s Table is slated to open mid-2018.
