Primo Fitness, a supplier of new and used high-end fitness equipment, has purchased a 71,438-square-foot office/warehouse on 4.6 acres at 701 Sycamore Road in Fresno. The company will relocate its operations from Santa Ana, Calif. to Fort Bend County, according to Colliers. Jason Scholtz and Barkley Peschel of Colliers represented the seller, Lemark Investments. Haley Golden, Blair Golden and Lilly Golden with evergreen Commercial Realty represented the buyer.
Baker Katz, a Houston-based brokerage specializing in retail tenant representation, investment sales, and project development and leasing, purchased 1.89 acres at FM 1097 at Canyon Falls Boulevard in Willis for a new retail development. The property will serve area residential communities including The Woodland Hills, planned for 4,800 homes to the south, an dMoran Ranch, with 900 lots to the east. Baker Katz plans to develop the site into two parcels for ground leases or one single multi-tenant building to drive more retail, restaurant, service and entertainment to the area, according to principal Jason Baker. Ben Brown of Baker Katz handled the purchase.
Mpire Real Estate purchased 13.7 acres at 205 N. Friendswood Drive in Friendswood. Liz Bui of eXp Realty represented the buyer. Kelly Hutchinson of Colliers represented the seller, Palms Property. The property is adjacent to Kroger Grocery and Friendswood Plaza Retail Center and is zoned for retail.
