• Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) has added Steven Wood as Business Development Manager. Wood will oversee the company’s Special Projects pursuits, primarily focused on programmatic renovation projects. Wood joined MYCON as a Senior Project Manager in 2021 and has been instrumental in securing and maintaining high-profile programmatic retail project contracts run through MYCON’s Special Projects division.

• Houston-based Baker Katz has welcomed Jack Moody as Director of Acquisitions. Prior to starting at Baker Katz, Moody was an investment sales asociate with JLL Capital Markets — where he was responsible for all stages of the deal cycle, including property valuation projections, marketing and due diligence, leading to the closing of over $1.6 billion in transactions across various asset types in Houston.

• Lincoln Property Company announced that Gave Lerner joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Houston. In this role, he will focus on growing Lincoln’s services businesses and development and investment portfolios in the Houston market. Over the last decade, Mr. Lerner has led real estate acquisition, development and financing in markets worldwide and nationally, with a focus on energy and real estate.
